The only real constant in life is change, and with change comes the opportunity for growth.

Growth can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be painful, frustrating, and isolating.

If you're finding yourself in a season where one area of your life feels especially challenging, you may be in the messy middle of the growth process.

Growth is rarely linear.

You may know where you want to go, yet still feel stuck—even when there isn't an underlying mental health diagnosis explaining why. This is where coaching can be especially valuable. Coaching offers a supportive space to gain clarity about what you truly want, better understand your motivations, and work through the resistance that often accompanies meaningful change.

Unlike psychotherapy, coaching is a goal-oriented, time-limited process focused on helping you create and implement actionable steps toward the life you want.

Together, we'll identify specific goals, develop practical strategies, and collaborate on a plan for moving forward.

Coaching does not include mental health diagnoses, trauma processing, or ongoing, open-ended treatment. If concerns arise during the coaching process that would be better addressed through psychotherapy, we'll discuss them together and, when appropriate, I'll provide referrals for additional support.

I work with coaching clients remotely via secure video sessions from anywhere in the world.

Some of the goals I commonly help coaching clients work toward include:

  • Taking meaningful action in dating and the pursuit of partnership

  • Navigating a career change or professional transition

  • Adjusting to parenthood while maintaining a strong sense of self

  • Expanding or rebuilding friendships and cultivating a fulfilling social life

  • Moving to a new city or country

  • Improving body image and working through barriers to fitness and nutrition

  • Building a meaningful community with people who share your values
